A hard cover book which can still be purchased through Amazon and gives gourmet recipes for dieting – every page was checked and cooked by me and then photographed in my own home and some of the fruit including the fresh figs were grown by my husband.

New Welsh Review have published one of my stories and I have recently reviewed Bernice Ruben's memoir which was a joy to read and a challenge to write.
